Jack Black (born August 28, 1969, as Thomas Jacob Black) is an American actor, comedian, and musician. He hosted the 2006 Kids' Choice Awards on April 1, 2006, the 2008 Kids' Choice Awards on March 29, 2008, and the 2011 Kids' Choice Awards on April 2, 2011.

  • Since Rosie O'Donnell, Black was the first to host more than once (2006, 2008, and 2011). John Cena later hosted the show two consecutive years (2017 and 2018), putting Cena right behind Black for number of times hosted.
